About refund of a.y. 2015-16
I have not filed my return for Asst Year 15-16 till now, i have refund of rs.25000 in the same year .
how can i get refund for the same?

Due of belated return has been gone.
But still if you want to file it then meet your assessing officer and file a condonation letter U/s 119(2)(b) if he will approve then only you can file the same.
But in your case assessing officer may impose a penalty U/s 271F with Rs. 5,000/-
