dear experts
there is continuous input balance of CGST, SGST and IGST from the month of July to Sept after filling GSTR3B,when can I apply for refund?

refund is available only if sale is zero rated or if you pay high tax on purchase and collect low tax on sale

sorry to say Mr anmol,but your reply is not justifiable as I have heard that if you have input then you can claim the same,but how and when

Refund tab has been given on gst portal but not yet started.
Expecting that same will start within 1-2 weeks
