what is treatment of professional tax ? if i have no taxable income ,can i get professional tax refund ?

profession tax is of two types, enrollment and registration
under enrollment, its paid by business owner, like trade licence, and not refundable, though based on previous year turnover, the liability may be reduced to minimum slab for current year.
under registration the Profession tax is deducted from employees and remitted to govt, and its also non refundable.
