About paid gst reversal

sir,
in Feb 2021 I had sold goods and filed gst this month but this party in current month Feb 2022 return some goods.
can I raise credit note current month feb 2022 and upload on gst portal, can be possible this cr. note reflected in ITC?
please guide me.
