Paid assistant called in term of the person who is pursuing in CA CS Icwa and other courses who is eligible for training under contracts but who is not undergoing in any contract and taking salary as employee
Paid assistant means , who will join in CA/CMA/CS firm without registered article ship . it's call as a paid assistant. they will not get article ship certificate from chartered accountant ....just they will get experience letter from audit firm as paid assistant as well as employee
