You file Annual return for 2018-19 if you have registered in 2018-19 or earlier.
You may file GSTR-9C if there are no defaults in recent months.
Late fees is 200/- per or 0.25% of turnover whichever is earlier.
You may file GSTR-9C if there are no defaults in recent months.
