plz tell me about pe2 passed student.. i have cleared ma pe 2 this may.. for final i have to registered after ITT traing

plz tell me about the processor for geting registered for ITT. kya mujhe iske liye registration karwani hogi ya fir sirf 4000/- pa karke training karni hogi.. mujhe confusion hai k fee 2000 for registration + 4000 for training hogi ya sirf 4000 for training
