CAN I FILE ITR-4S FOR AY:2017-18 & ITR-4 IN AY:2018-19

Yes you can

4(S) replaced by 4 from A.Y.17-18

ITR 4 replaced by ITR 3

Yes but from A.Y. 2018-19 if you opt out of Sec 44AD then you can't opt for Sec 44AD for next 5years
