About intra brach transactions

We are basically dng the business fromhyderabd.If we are taking the godown services from third pary at at other states and transfering the material from hydbad godown to other state godown.but there is no branch at other state  we are having just warehouse maintaining by third party.and selling the material from Hyderabd as a pickup point at maharastra near by sellers from other state. how to enter this at tally
