For the registration of Gst number their is requirement of rent deed. Is it should a registered rent deed?I have a house on rent , can i use this address for gst registration? I want gst registration to sell the things on e-commerce.Please guide.

their is mentioned as rent/lease agreement so i think unregistered rent agreement is enough. Is it so???
