Anyone can brief me about Form 61A? Who need to file, when need to file, Business or Individuals? Turnover Limit etc.

SFT in Form 61A: Any person who is liable for audit under section 44AB of the Income –tax Act. A Banking Company. A Co-operative Bank and other Financial Institutions

Banks and Financial Institutions file SFT and it will appear in your Form 26AS..
You have to file only ITR
