mere ek client ke gst no pe kisi baher ke party ne ewaybill generate ker raha tha bina bataye pechle 2 saal se ab department ne isko notice diya ki apne maal mangwa to tax paid kyou nahi ker rahe ho per actually me isne koi purchase kiya hi nahi isse related koi case law hai to please bataiye

agar aap key client key GSTN sey Eway bill Bana Hoga toh ush time per aap key client ko message bhi Aaya Hoga ki , Eway bil lbana hai toh ush time complain karna thaa.
Toh ab aap personally department jaa Kar clarify Karo .
waise aap pata Karo ki Receptient party jish ko Eway Bana hai ush sey probably pata chal sakey ki ush ko kis ney Eway bill per goods Supply Kiya hai.
