should I attach the ITR copies along the request of condonation delay?

File Condonation Delay request to Your Jurisdictional CIT through direct meet...

No...

1st of You file Condonation delay request. After accept the request then You can file ITR based in the request acceptance... So, Better to prepare C/D request with Computation...

Note : Condonation delay request only available for Refund &/ Loss Claim...
