As Input CST is Charged by Other Than UR State Goverment.
&
Output CST Being Charged By UR State Goverment.
Hence, Difference in Goverment - No Credit Available.
NO Credit is allowable for Input CST, Output CSt can be only adjusted against Input VAT.
