both are good option... according to me..age is no bar in doing something.. u can go either of the two.. as ur already practicing accounts and tax.. ca would be better option as CS is law and legal oriented...if u decide to do CS & have done M.com thn some subjects would get exempt n also as u r already working u can also claim exemption from the articleship...

CA is better option as per ur aptitude.
CS is much more concentrated on economic law, sebi and others ... but accounts has quite low part in it as compare 2 CS. And even tax is also not so wide...
so u'll surely be benefitted by CA rather than CS.
