Do employers signature is needed in condonation letter and in which name we have to make condonation letter?Plz help me

THE LETTER SHOULD ADDRESSING SCRETARY OF ICAI AND NO NEED TO FOR EMPLOYER'S SIGN.

Yup., no need of employer's sign & should b addressed to THE SECRETARY, THE INSTITUTE OF CA.... And mind it, keep letter complete formal and to the point..

Can u tell me whether we have to make a draft of Rs 100/- or we can pay it in cash?and can i deposit the form coz my employer is not well but my form is signed

Thank you but can i make it i word and take a print out or shall i have to write in my own handwriting?

Hey, it has to b in ur own handwriting.. And regarding payment, i beleive draft has to b used.., but not sure.., let others reply for payment mode atleast

Agree with Ravi and Megha...
Condonation need not be signed by principal.
Just take a DD favouring "the Secretary, ICAI", payable at the city to which you are sending the condonation request.
