About COMPOSITION LEVY

my business is textile business.
my average annual turnover is 1.5L pa. and I want to choose composition levy. my doubt is if I eligible to opt composition levy. and
if I opt composition levy what are the benefits for me. and how I furnish my gst1 & gst3b return and what are the due dates for me. filling aforesaid returns.
please guide me.
