in Saving Account Upto 1000000 during the year
if it exceeds then u may get a notice asking for the source of such deposit
(under AIR-001)
and also in a day if deposit I made more than 200000
(under CIB -410)

no limit, just be ready to explain the source for the same with material evidence

No limit Specified by the Act, but you have to keep ready the documents ready for inquiry by tax department.
