About ca final registration

i have passed ipcc 2 nd gr in may 11 and 1 gr in nov 11. so what is the last date of registration in final for me for appearing in nov 14 final attempt. is it necessary to register final & articleship with together.

and last date for final registration of final for up to date modules.
