About CA FINAL ATTEMPT

you are eligible to give your CA Final attempt in November 2010.

This is as per the Notifications issued by the Institute.All PE 2 students wheter registered for Ca final old/new course are eligible to give their Final attempt pending the last 12 months of their articleship.

So accordingly you are eligible to Give in Nov 2010

I completed my PE-II in May-07 and I  joined in my articles on 31-10-2007. My articles will be completed on 31-10-2010.

& my Ca Final Attempt is  on NOv 09 Due...So for it Will be Nov 2010 for you...

I am also completed my PE-II in May-08 and I  joined in my articles on 31-10-2008. My articles will be completed on 31-10-2011. and my first attempt due on Nov'09 as per ICAI's rule.So your 1st attmept wil be Nov'09>

in case of old course... Ca final can be given after completion of two years of articles...articles 2 years shd be completed in the month prior to attempt...

in ur case its nov 10.. also NOTE U HAVE LOST MAY 10 ATTEMPT AS U JOINED ARTICLES LATE AFTER CLEARING pe2.

my pe- II also completed in may 08 and my articleship starts from 1st of august 2008, nd my exam due is in nov.10, so in ur case is the same.

ITS FOR MONICA, HOW ONE CAN GIVE EXAM IN MAY 10 IF HE JOINED ARTICLESHIP JUST AFTER PASSING, AS IN MY CASE AFTER RESULT i.e. 31ST JULY 2008 AND MY ARTICLESHIP STARTS FROM 1ST OF AUGUST 2008 BUT MY EXAM DUE IS NOV10.

Hi All

I just wanted some clarity on the first attempt of CA Final I am eligible to write. My articles began on 7th Mar 2007 and will end on 6th Sep 2010. Is November 2010 the first attempt for Final ? Or can I appear for final in May 2010 also ? Because I heard that you are eligible to write your final exam "pending 12 months completion of articleship".

I wrote my CA PCC Attempt in Nov 08 and cleared Group I. If I clear Group II in June 2009, can I still (hypothetically speaking) write my CA Final in May 2010 ? Thanks !

How come your Attempt will be in Nov it should be Nov 2010, as you Joined articleship on 31.10.08 so two year end on 31.10.10.??????

Sry i want to say, my first attempt will be due on Nov'2010.
