Our buyer taxable material purchase from us ( Tamil nadu state) buyer said me, Delivery at my customer place at kerala, my question is how to generate invoice and e-way bill ( which tax applicable SGST CGST OR IGST) PLS SHARE YOUR OPINION
In this case section 10 of IGST Act 2017 will be applicable.
You will raise invoice to your customer that is in Tamilnadu State. and your buyer will raise an another invoice to his customer who is in Kerala.
in this case you will charge accordingly to your buyer, i.e. CGST & SGST in Tamilnadu.
