About annual return

if the company is existing less than 30days in a financial year, is that company need to file annual return or not??

for eg. company reg on mar 15

Yes applicable, however relaxation for FY 2017-18 & FY 2018-19 is given if turnover is less than 2 crores

No need.
But, Company can be file annual return in next year including PY's accounts (with mar-15)...
