so plz tell me that agricultural market cess on sugar in rajasthan is or isn't according to gst

There shall not be any cess or tax after the implementation for gst as all cess and taxes are combined under gst only so there shall be only gst not any other tax or cess.
in tamilnadu market committee cess exists. also have to pay gst
