In the definition of goods, goods includes all movable goods other than money and securities but includes actionable claims, growing crops,grass and other things attached to land........
In this what is meant by actionable claims?
Please explain me clarity....

Debentures
Dividend on shares
Right shares
Negotiable instruments e.g. Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes etc.
Bank guarantee
Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR)
Insurance claims
Share in a partnership property


Lottery, Betting and Gambling are Goods under GST Regime
