Hi Shinoj,

I don't know about any evalution report data,but I think the intension of Sushil was not wrong.He just want to encourage those, who didn't achive any rank in PE-II or PCC and hv passed after so many attempts,for doing hard work to get rank.That's it.So anyone should take it +vely.

I think,"Who will work hard and give the best performance in those 3 hours of exam will get the rank whether he is a PE II rankholder or pass after so many attempt."

Dear JAGRUTI....

yes he might be encouraging others....but u r saying those who work hard will get rank in ca final whether he gets it in ca pe 2 or not......i'm not agree.......people only hardwork works...then what about INTELLIGENCE,PRESERVANCE,ETC.....intelligence also play a key role in ca final rank....hard work does help but if ur logic is not working u may sturrger to pass .........that why so many rankers r from SRCC...

Hi Shinoj,

I fully agree with u.Just see the above message again coz I modified it after submitting it.

I would like to mention here that INTELLIGENCE and HARD WORK both should work in those 3 hours.

It may possible that an Intelligent person could not perform in 3 hours coz of any reasons.It does not mean that a student who passed affter so many attempt is a duffer and not intelligent.Ofcourse who passes in I attempt is a genious.There is no doubt in it.

yes jagruti....but want to add APPROACH in clearing ca final.....a person how he studies how approaches the subject makes a BIG DIFFRENCE...2 of my seniors with same hardwork n intelligence.....i clear ca final in in 1st attempt other took 5 attempts...clearly approach also matters....i think most of us taking tips from seniors... but SWOT ANALYSIS by ourselfs ,improving lifestyle,thinking logically,,preservance etc. all matters...........

I think u r wating time in this discussion. It is not relevant that who gets rank and u making this issue ,serious. U clear in 1 st attempt but not get the rank and this is true. Your frnd clear at 5th may will ahed then u in future. U r behaving like CHATUR in 3 IDIOTS.

I do agree with Amit , do'nt compair each other yaar , injoy life and study. rank in pcc or final it is only analytical data , it is not 100% true.

yup...sushil is almost right..even some of ma frds also face the same circumstances....they cleared final in 1st attempt whereas they cleared p2v in 3 attempts

In my opinion ,marks are just stats,it'll help u enter the interview room ,put ur marksheet on the table ,thats it.and those who skip exams hoping to get rank in next attempt waste precious time.

coming to d question,i dnt think sushil's intentions are to discourage hard working students ,but ppl should understand that not everyone can acheive rank ,but no harm in giving ur best and not everyone who joins ca becomes a CA
