Dear All,

I would like to take some guidance and help in planning my career ahead. Currently I'm residing in UK and studying AAT (Accounting Techinican) qualification Level 3.Though I have an accounts background in UG (B.Com) before coming to UK I was working in a non accounting field so had compeletly lost touch with the subject but wanted to have a career in accounting field, therefore choosing AAT was a good break through. It has basic accounting papers but according to IAS (International Accounting Standards). It has three levels 2,3 & 4. Now, there are chances that I might return to India. In that case, I would like to know me studying of AAT would be recongnised in India? As I would be part qualified. Also, are there any chances for me getting paper exemptions when I do CA in India?

Thank & Regards,

Poornima.V
