Many are saying that this Budget is for aam aadmi, but can anyone define what is aam aadmi?

All MP's of Lok & Raj Shaba are AAM AADMI
Cause neither they give exam. for enterance test now any interview, but taken facility which are not provide to any CA,ICWA,CS,MBA,PHD etc..............
