The Department website is not allowing users to complete their e-filing without an Aadhaar card from July 1.
Apply for Aadhaar and quote the Aadhaar enrolment number in the tax return to complete e-filing.

What is impact if aadhar not link PAN till 31st march 2019
if you don not link with aadhaar your pan will become invalid.
