This is 2 month old notification... came on 30th September...

adhar pan card linking has been introduced long back.
It was a public awareness.
these are the problems if u do not do adhar pan linking.
efiling will be problem.
while submitting returns.
@ kapadia
i know what i am .
typo errors are common.
we are not masters in typing.
explain to the forum why adhar pan linking is important.

TAX TO BE DEDUCTED AT SOURCE FROM WINNING FROM LOTTERIES OR CROSSWORD PUZZLES.
SEC 194 IB DEALS WITH THE FOLLOWING:
RENT MEANS A PAYMENT MADE BY A PAYEE UNDER A TENANCY LEASE SUB LEASE FOR PLANT BUILDING MACHINERY EQUIPMENT OR ANY OTHER ARRANGEMENT MADE FOR ASSETS .
TAX RATE APPLICABLE IS 5%
