To link Aadhar with PAN, if there is name mismatch, how to generate & use Aadhar OTP on the income tax e filing portal ?

First link aadhar with Pan at https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Services/LinkAadhaarHome.H T M L
Once aadhar linked....... OTP will be generated .....

If name is mismatched n linking of PAN & AADHAAR cannot generate OTP. You go to correction your name as both are same. After you get linking. So, first of you go to correct your name in PAN/AADHAAR

In my adhaar my name was printed with only initials where my pan is with full name .. should i change my name in pan/ adhaar and then link with adhaar??

Yes, you can change that too, but check to keep correct name for future reference.
