Aadhar pan can be linked although there is year if birth only in aadhar via option given on website
but it can be done if no mobile number has been registered at aadhar

Yes... Can link if the aadhaar cant linked with mobile. But, after filing return Mobile linking is required if e-verify with Aadhaar...
