Aadhaar-pan link

Dear Friends / Experts, An HUF is having house property in India. The Karta of the HUF is residing outside India permanently and Karta’s brother in India is managing the affairs of the HUF. Query Can someone please confirm, what would be the status of such HUF? Your reply, please.............. How I would comply with the requirement of AADHAAR-PAN LINK, as the Karta is residing outside India permanently and has become a foreign national? Your reply, please..............
