Dear see, im not a CA but let me tell you my experience, we have appointed one internal auditor and they submitted a very simple bill (those CA qualified people) for internal audit fees of Rs.10000 + Stax , in their bill neither their reg no nor stax no is mentioned. As per law it is essential to mention these nos, but they have not given, also they did not give revenue stamped invoice, (for more than 5000rs) inspite of asking them a revenue stamped receipt they gave a plain receipt, while auditing auditors point out to us that the bill passed by us is not submitted in proper format and they themselves dont give proper bills. How to ask this to CA, and by working in government we are aware of all rules and regulations, hence we find that the internal auditors / CA who come to audit our accounts do a very leisure audit and then leave, to write there are many things, but coming to your point of preparing P&L Ac.
an engineer no matter whatsover his qualification may be, Mtech PHD, should not hesitate to grease his hands and repair the machinery, similar no matter whatever your qualification be it CA or ICWA you should never hesitate to do work,
and if you feel that CA only does high level work listen from me we have made CA s to check our vouchers and arrange them in order, which even a 12 pass student can do. Even IAS, BE people do jobs which really is not worth doing, i have heard BE people in big MNCs do take stock surveys . This is the practical job scenario. You have to adjust and go with it.
Hence whatsover your qualification dont lose the humbleness of human being. All the best for your future, and prepare P& L A/c
