Hello everyone ..

Can some one please explain me that whether VAT is Applicable on HIGH SEA SALES ??

If the high sea sale is within the state then yes, and if the same is for the purpose of export then vat is not applicable.

Hi,

VAT is not applicatble in case of HIGH SEAS SALE. As in the case of HIGH SEAS SALE no value is added in that. So, VAT is not applicable.

which amount to be filled in C form

1.Taxable amount ( basic+excise)

or

2.Invoice amount (basic+excise+cst)

in case of inter state sales , c form application should be for invoice amount including CST net off goods return ....
