A land has been sold at short term capital gain of rs 750000 where to invest to save tax?
Dear experts,
A short term capital gain is made of Rs 750000 on selling a land.
Now please suggest where to invest to save the tax,As 54F & 54EC for the long term capital gain.
Please help

Dear Ashim,
U Cant take the benefit of U/S 54F & 54EC Under STCG....This excemption only available under LTCG
That means noe way to save the Tax
No Can't have any option other than If Short term Loss is there you can setoff against that.
