A dealer can he sale un registered HSN items
A dealer who is registered with Gst, he will mention some HSN s while registering with gst, can he also sale the unregistered HSN items??... for example... he has not registered HSN 6910, can he sale this HSN related items...??

Yes, because it is no mentioned that u have to take registration for each and every item before going for supply unlike erstwhile service tax.
