19 July 2019A and B are working as freelancers for a company C. If C pays 3 lakhs only to A as they know only A, they will deduct 30k TDS for person A. Now, when A pays half to B, what happens to TDS for B?

Your statements are contradictory.
How can A & B are working for C when C only knows A?
It means B is working for A & in turn A is doing work for C!!
