80gg deduction clarification

I am residing in Company Leased Accommodation at my place of employment and total rent is Rs.13000 per month. However I have also a rented house in my hometown with a monthly rent of 8000 per month which i pay from my own pocket. Can i claim 80gg deduction for the rented property in my hometown.
