sir, salaried employee can claim interest on loan and 80gg fy 2017-18, such employee not received hear from company

can I claim both deductions?

Yes you may claim both 24(b) and 80GG

You can claim both

You are Not received HRA from employer and you are leave in a rental property too you can claim 80GG (Rent Paid)

you can subject to you declare rental income or your residential property falls under section 23
