Daughter takes tuition in father's house. She is married and doesn't own a house. She can claim 80GG if rent is paid to the father. Right?

Yes she can get exemption

exemption is subject to proper supportings (bills)

if rent is more than 100000/- pan has to furnish

here exemption case is more sensitive since relation is father and dauthter

Rent receipts are prepared between the daughter and father. In the section only the property is excluded. Fathers property is allowed under 80GG
