The payment shall be to TATA memorial hospital in the first place to qualify for 80G contribution to individual persons does not qualify for deduction under 80G more over the receipt from Tata memorial hospital shall carry that the payments made as donation shall qualify for 80g dedn.

nature of payment, if its for treatment purpose then 80D or 80DD would apply, if nature is defined as donation, then 80G .....................please look in the receipt issued by TATA before claiming the same.
if 80G is available then receipt should mention the same and it would be kept in safe custody as document for claim.

perhaps its the bills payments towards the cost of treatment for any specific patient, so its not available for deduction u/s 80G,
however read sec 80D/80DDB if the patient is related to payee then he may claim it under relevent sections.
