I think you can claim a deduction and you can submit the claim geometry dash deadlocked, because that receipt is under your layout name.

No, you cannot claim a deduction under Section 80G for a donation made from your father's account, even if the receipt is in your name. To claim the deduction, the donation must be made from your bank account or funds. In this case, the deduction would be claimable by your father, as the transaction was made from his account.
