i donated some amount to temple and they gave me 80 g certificate, when i asked for form 10BE now ,they said no such thing we provide. 80 g is enough,
my question i can claim deductions using this 80 g certificate alone or not in my returns?

Yes, you can claim deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 using the 80G certificate provided by the temple. The 80G certificate is sufficient proof for claiming deductions on donations made to charitable institutions.Form 10BE is not typically required for individual donors claiming deductions under Section 80G
