charitable trust looking for getting 80G And 12A registration. it has not filed any return of income till day. trust started its activities from 2006 onwards. how to proceed
i am afraid that assessment may be reopened under sec 144 or 147 since filing of return for trusts is mandatory. after completion of such assessment the comm. of i.tax may approve for 80g and 12A
