FILED ITR REFUND FAILED ....GIVEN BANK DETAILS OF CITI BANK WHICH IS ACTUALLY MERGED WITH AXIS.....NOW I UPDATED BANK DETAILS IN PORTAL....BUT PORTAL IS SHOWING AS NO REFUND FAILURE IN REFUND REISSUE FORUM HENCE UNABLE TO RAISE REFUND REISSUE REQUEST...WHAT TO DO?

Wait for some time refund failure will be marked and then change the bank account to receive refund
