If my mom owns a flat for which i have taken a loan from a bank, can i get the benefit of Interest paid for that loan u/s 80EE?

The loan has to be in the name of the owner & not anyone else.
But if ur the co-owner u can avail deduction to ur proportion or if ur the beneficial owner.
