If medical treatment is done in private hospital
A)How to obtain the certificate,
B) Is it mandatory to obtian certificate from a Govrnment Hospital Only.

It is mandatory to obtain certificaet from a specialist working in Government Hospital. Refer Rule 11DD of Income tax act.
