My relative has hired a person who takes care of his elderly mother who is around 104 years in age. Their yearly expense amounts to Rs. 1,92,000. Can i claim deduction under Section 80DD with respect to this expense?

Is she disabled,ifnot disabled then no deduction can be claimed.
