CAN TWO FAMILY MEMBER CAN TAKE BENEFIT OF SECTION 80DD ,    75000+75000=150000/-    SEPERATLY  , IF THERE ARE FATHER IS HANDICAPED  AND HIS SONS , (TWO BROTHER) WANTS TO TAKE BENEFIT SEPERATLY

no, only one person can claim. words are wholly or mainly dependent on individual 

IF HANDICAPED  MEMBER EARN  SOME TAX FREE  INCOME ABOUT RS. 240000 ,

WHAT WILL BE IN THIS CONDITION, I MEAN HE SHOULD BE FULLY DEPENDENTED OR HE CAN EARN SOME TAX FREE INCOME

he can earn, for taxable income he can file separate return without claiming 80U deduction if son is claiming in 80DD

Benfit can be claim by the person who has incurred expenditure or deposit some amt in the specified fund in the name of dependent.
