right maximun allowable deduction is Rs.40000/- ( Own. and Your Perents )
if u r not Senior citizen then Maximum maximun alloweble deduction is Rs.35000/-

Absolutely ....you will get an additional deduction of Rs 40000 means total deduction U/s 80D is 80000.
